Deborah has over 23 years in theatrical, home entertainment and VOD distribution; marketing; international sales; TV; and exhibition, as well as a solid background in business, organisational structuring and process review. She has held senior marketing and distribution positions at Koch Media, Artificial Eye, Curzon Cinemas, Icon, Contender/EOne, Twentieth Century Fox, Disney, Medusa Pictures and The Pearson Group.

Rebecca has over 13 years experience across a variety of marketing disciplines - as marketing and publicity for media agency Carat, BBC, SyFy Channel, MVC, BSkyB, film festival Birds Eye View, Contender (EOne), Icon Film distribution and, before joining Tonic, as a producer at Create Advertising. Her experience covers film distribution, home entertainment, film pay-per-view, media agency marketing & publicity, film and music retail, TV, direct marketing, film festivals and, until recently, producing film trailers, TV and radio advertising.

Clare Layton, Executive Assistant
Clare has 15 years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant working with CEOs, Director and Chairmen in the worlds of TV, Design, Property and Advertising. As well as working with many international companies, Clare has worked with a number of start-ups and has experience of HR, including recruiting, managing staff, and designing and co-ordinating training programmes. Clare's career has led her to Sydney to organise intimate and large scale events. Clare has held positions at The Digital Broadcasting Company, Centaur Communications, Enterprise IG, Y&R, Wunderman, Lowe & Partners, and DLKW Lowe.
